Until

She blanketed herself

In her own embrace

Borrowed warmth never rose

Only one direction

Downward

Spiraling

But her

But her

Own heat rises

Circumventing

Warming

Illuminating

The lowest temperatures

Her heart

Was at it lowest

Temperature

Until

She blanketed herself

In her own embrace

Effects of authentic heat

No more counterfeit.
